One year ago today another page from the work of Tycho C. emerged.  It continued the adventure taken by Devra Bogdanovich and Roland Jarvis when they fled the Niantic Project facility during Epiphany Night. Alongside the comic page, H. Richard Loeb also revealed the Glyph Sequence used by ADA on Klue S. after Cassandra. One year ago today, Agents had finally managed to collect a series of mysterious media files that had been hackable from XM Portals. Putting them together, they discovered it was a message from Roland Jarvis, the self-proclaimed leader of the Enlightened. One year ago #Cassandra  Anomalies struck at Dusseldorf, Washington D.C and Boston. In the midst of the showdown, a document surfaced on the Niantic Project Investigator Board. It was a conversation between Devra Bogdanovich and Hank Johnson. Seems to me like she has connections within the US Government because she claims that the FBI began questioning the content uploader of the Ingress Report-Ingress-on the nature of a series of Glyphs that they claim Omnivore had picked up during the episode....to make things worse, Homeland Security was possibly going to investigate.... The document confirmed that the NIA was planning to manipulate the Global Resistance in order to claim the Cassandra Anomalies. Okay. Let me go off the professional soapbox for a quick sec.  gets off soapbox So...just yesterday, The Resistance was told to trust the NIA and align with them to fight the Cassandra Anomalies together. Good afternoon, Investigators of Operation Essex. My name is Mustafa Said and welcome back to Today in Niantic History.  Today is August 5th, 2014. One year ago today a document surfaced on the Niantic Project Investigator Board. It was a conversation between Roland Jarvis, leader of the Enlightened who at the time was an XM Entity, and Oliver Lynton-Wolfe, the father of the XM Scanner who was at the time aligned and employed with IQTech Research. The conversation starts with Oliver trying to verify that Roland Jarvis, who had been killed in Zurich a year before this doc surfaced, was real. Roland confirmed the claim by referencing a mysterious story that involved a woman named Cassandra. After realizing that he was alive, Lynton-Wolfe begins to speak on how XM changed him. Misty Hannah talking to Klue S.  The conversations were equally the same: The stakes of the upcoming Operation #Minotaur  on August 3rd were higher than any other Anomaly before it. One year ago today a document surfaced on the Investigator Board. It was a company profile for one of the three mysterious XM Development Corporations, Visur Technology. Visur was created by Ilya Petsov in 1992 and since then has expanded to own its exclusive media production studio called Visur Media Group(which you might remember was attempting to gain the rights to house Hank Johnson's NOMAD project at one point).  They also house their own news group, Visur Now among other things. One year ago today a leaked panel of the comic Tycho C. created for the novel written by Felicia Hajra-Lee, The Niantic Project: Ingress.  The picture in detail reveals the Niantic Lab on the night that a massive dose of XM was unleashed on the members within. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe, Roland Jarvis, Misty Hannah, Carrie Campbell, Dr. Victor Kureze and enoch dalby all came under the massive influence of the XM overdose.  This is Epiphany Night.  This particular piece is also special as Tycho, years later, would reflect and discover new details of what happened.
