These cards were given to agents at the #Darsana 04 Anomaly in Charleston, SC by Klue S. (Thank you Jim IK and Emma Wicks) The clues if put together make, "-4. 069 " If we are to presume the missing numbers are -4. 2*069*0 then that would give us a line of latitude that rests directly over Glasgow Scotland.
