Good afternoon, Investigators of Operation Essex. My name is Mustafa Said and welcome to Today in Niantic History. 

Today is May 28th, 2014. One year ago today a document surfaced on the Investigator Board. It was a company profile for one of the three mysterious XM Development Corporations, Visur Technology.

Visur was created by Ilya Petsov in 1992 and since then has expanded to own its exclusive media production studio called Visur Media Group(which you might remember was attempting to gain the rights to house Hank Johnson's NOMAD project at one point). 
They also house their own news group, Visur Now among other things.

Visur Technology, if you're willing, answer me this:
