In Prime, if you are around portals, you will hear whisperings and what sounds like voices in the background. With portal levels this increases and if you click the portal you can almost make out someone talking depending on the level of the portal. Level 8 portals are the only ones that you can clearly make out words and what the individuals are saying. An interesting note though is that ADA is talking in the enlightened portals right now and Jarvis is talking in the resistance portals.
