Is XM as volatile as the weather? It was -20 Celsius in my car this morning, which meant that my morning coffee turned into an iced coffee by the time I got to work. For a government to spend over 430 Million on a supercomputer that predicts the weather seems a little much when there are many alternatives(i prefer thermometers and looking out the window), but what if XM is what they are tracking and studying? It makes sense that XM can influence the weather after all. Consider what we know about XM, or eXotic Matter. For one, XM is said to defy the laws of physics, such as having negative mass, and it is said to have multiple forms( such as dark energy believed to fuel the expansion of the universe). It would be interesting to chart and compare the growth of bizarre weather patterns with with the increase of XM levels on our planet in the last few years- I would bet there is a correlation. Then we have scientists like Oliver Lynton-Wolfe doing as they please without consideration ...

Many security breaches are distractions, was someone trying to track the movement patterns of an agent in the San Francisco bay area? H. When did Ken Owen develop his Hide in Plain Sight strategy and who was he able to silence before? I'm beginning to wonder if there was a whole investigation similar in scope to H. Richard Loeb's Niantic Project that was shut down by the NIA before most of us learned about XM. I've been thinking about the GORuck stuff, and don't understand what the companies are trying to do with these recruits. Hulong we haven't heard about at all. Could it be that the GORuck people are double agents, working for Hulong but infiltrated on IQTech? And if it were Hulong, would they be testing Dark XM on these recruits? Kinda scares me...

If Hulong Transglobal agrees to put aside their differences with Visur Technology and form a Co-Op we can forsee much more new XM Tech coming out from both their Companies released in the following months as a result of shared resources and production. Devra Bogdanovich has been a victim of her circumstances, and perhaps her own ambition, in the past. This video released today witnesses something that happened on the day of the #13MAGNUS Anomaly in Atlanta. It seems to me that Devra's presence at the Anomaly there may have been a facade, a cover for a meeting that took place that day behind layers of closed doors and secrecy at the Centers for Disease Control. It's difficult to know where to place Devra after everything that she has been through and done.
