If I was hearing it for the first time, I would share their shock.
Devra Bogdanovich has been a victim of her circumstances, and perhaps her own ambition, in the past.
This video released today witnesses something that happened on the day of the #13MAGNUS Anomaly in Atlanta.
It seems to me that Devra's presence at the Anomaly there may have been a facade, a cover for a meeting that took place that day behind layers of closed doors and secrecy at the Centers for Disease Control.
It's difficult to know where to place Devra after everything that she has been through and done. From her ethical disagreements at Niantic, to her questionable testing of mass-dose XM on humans while at Visur Technology, to this. She's either the most morally malleable scientist I've ever come across, or she's playing everyone, and we just haven't figured out what her game is yet. I welcome your analysis and interpretations.

ReplyDeleteSo, it looks like Devra Bogdanovich is going to the CDC to warn them about XM. Does that mean XM will be treated as any other pathogen? What will be to see if someone will be able to create a vaccine that prevent people from being influenced by the substance. Does anyone know if the technology exists that can move XM and by extent CM into the physical realm? I worry what could happened if people could start abusing XM as a regular drug, but physical XM could be the perfect medication for treating learning disabilities.
ReplyDeleteBrendan McKelvy Regular Exotic Matter hasn't been verified as toxic or beneficial to the human populace as of yet- the only confirmed "enhancement" is that it inspires individuals that are sensitive to exotic matter. It's been confirmed that exotic matter can be used as a medium to hold and transmit messages but I don't believe we actually have any real way to decrypt messages stored in exotic matter. Furthermore, there seems to be a perceived downside to the "enhancement" process that it can induce a state of psychosis or disassociation in the individual(s) under heavy influence from exotic matter. Exotic Matter seems to have a similar effect on brain chemistry akin to Ketamine, leading me to wonder if exotic matter interacts with brain chemistry via photo-sensitivity and/or electrical impulses to trigger the release of hormones such as seratonin, neorepherine, and dopamine. I would need to sit down and review the history of subjects such as Carrie Campbell, Klue, and Dr. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe to trace their behavior patterns against exposure to come to anything conclusive. Even if I find consistent patterns, this is only performed and observed on Sensitives, which make up a small slice of the populace. Studies on non-sensitives would be ongoing, unless my hypothesis about Dark XM being capable of inducing normal people into a receptive state making them more susceptible to Exotic Matter is true. In which case, we could possibly expect the number of Sensitives to artificially increase to higher numbers, which means we could see more cases of XM-altered mental states.
ReplyDeleteDark Exotic Matter, however, has very pathogenic qualities akin to radiation poisoning in humans (I am still confirming whether or not exotic matter and dark exotic matter affects anything outside of human ecology). From what Dr. Bogdanovich suggests in her report in Part II of the video, Dark XM is expelled by normal portals at differing amounts directly dependent on the level of the portal. The alarm that she raises is that earlier this year, there were few agents that had achieved (Agent) Clearance Level 8 (CL8, for short), therefore the effects of Dark XM exposure was minimal and not as much of a threat as it is, now. The latest crack applied to the scanner that disabled NIA authorization keys (invite codes) will only exponentially increase the population of agents with CL8 and therefore, we can expect more high level portals expelling high levels of Dark XM to become commonplace.
This is all I have for now. I have field research scheduled for this weekend that will touch on this some more. I will, of course, keep the community updated with anything that I find.
