Another fact to note is that Alexander The Great's Kingdom spanned a lot of the area that its covered by the Silk Road. I suspect that some of the religious locations along the Silk Road could be hiding 13Magnus or AntiMagnus Nests, as ideas are spread throughout the world.

Great insights! Hank Johnson stated that Exotic Matter drifts outwards from portals over thousands of years. That ancient XM leaves shadows. In this path of shadow XM we can often find ancient civilizations, artwork, odd places or shrines. I think the silk road represents one of these shadow paths which sensitives followed for thousand of years.
