    Those are old order request forms for Ingress Origins, which is now available.

    Rabboud waltené These were hackable from Portals around...man, last July I think. They were promos for Origins to get people to preorder the new graphic novel.

    Rabboud waltené There are no ebooks for it, only physical copies. They can be purchased through the Ingress Store.
