    It looks as almost if the enlightened is aiming something at the resistance using the 13 simulacrums... But what/who would be the three blue people/artifacts in the middle?

    And to be a bit speculative: What does the glyph for human look like? A Shield. So, the Obsidian Shield is a human being and not an artifact? Maybe...
