    Axel Zabel Yes this is one of the many breadcrumbs of Hank Johnson. We are still searching for all of them, since not all have been retrieved. 

    As far as special drops in Hamburg, I wouldn't be surprised given the history of the city in the Investigation. I'd recommend taking a look around if you can and advising others to do so.
