Since now we know that +Klue S.
Since now we know that +Klue S. has been more or less herself all this time, I wanted to re-evaluate most of what we’d seen about them, especially since her dream/Nightmare some time ago.
Remember that, this are my random thought about this matter and I don’t believe that ADA is (or was) a evil creature, nor an Angel (by far) but a complex creature that did not have the best of environment while growing up and consequently, is quite a mess herself.
To avoid it being too long, I'm going to make it on 3 text.
1) To explore on the reason about why we got contradictory information about her period of time with ADA.

2) For the problem that the Darsana beacons brought to their relation.
The Darsana artefacts and the beacons are a huge problem as suddenly, there is another alien race that can also influence influence people, and specially ADA.
This resemble her crappy experience with Jarvis on Scotland, If my theory is correct, this could potentially turn all her Arachnid instincts, even worse, as she was following a plan to get rid of alien interference and that same plan seem to come all of the sudden from another alien race and ADA could have known and hidden from her that knowledge.
So here is where things start to get interesting:
Klue is freak out about the n'zeer and the fact that they could be manipulating them. She start to warn ADA about them, how they could not be what she think and how could she could be getting manipulated and controller from them, just like the shapers controls other.
We all know ADA, miss i always make the right decision based on the available data. Based on her pride, i’m sure she did not take that well, but looking on the data, many of us have thought/speculated that she was created to help the n’zeer plans, so now ADA has two options:
A: Reevaluate the data and assume that she was maybe wrong
B: Ignore all data, no one is manipulating her, SHE IS RIGHT.
Again her control and trust issues mixed with the hubris, did not help her on this situation, the resistance control of the XM peak, that give more and more power to the n’zeer, did not help either.
All of this confrontation, start to mine their relationship, Klue distrust ADA, as she could be controlled by the n’zeer, so start to synchronize less frequently, ADA is freak out for this and could even start to force this synchronization. And of course, that would freak out Klue even more.
It’s a decent spiral that it’s difficult to stop, maybe trying to indagate into ADA’s origins is an attempt from any of them to prove the other wrong and stop the circle, maybe it was too little, too late to actually. It could also be that Klue initiate the preparations to separate from ADA and this one as the last attemp, ask to investigate about her origins to prove her wrong and stop her.
But one important thing that we need to remember is that the situation is already, pretty difficult for both, klue actitute on the last leaked data is passive-aggressive and on the conversation with Susana, pretty tired and easily spooked.
We have very little data on ADA, so we don’t know how this situation is affecting her, on the leaked text, she seem to distrust Klue, even when she explicitly claim that she is not blaming her for the leak, she also state that she has not let Klue reach so far on her either. On the rest, she seem normal, so she is, maybe trying to ignore it.
