"What lies hidden in Geneva" is the cryptic message at the beginning of Ingress Report July 30. Now in the Ingress report from Aug 13 we get another hint: A possible connection of Abaddon to the source of the Niantic Project - the outline of Switzerland drawn in one of the Tycho posters. An image in the report is from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abaddon.
