Hi peeps,

After hundreads of comments, discusions I red I am sending out the 3rd update of Small XM blast weapon based on your sugestion , corrections etc. I droped the operational range about 50%, done some restrictions of usage and carried out the drop rate. After each update I see more ppl looking on this positively but the ratio is still somehow against this weapon (60%against, 40%positive) I hope after this update i drag more ppl so please like, comment, share, sugest...so we can see this weapon on fields latter on 2015.

    Against. Lower than level 10? Destroys all resonators for both factions. 1:60k ratio. This is useless except in a very concentrated portal cluster. Only use I could see is for anomaly and clearing a Baf. So rare it's not even a game changer. Thumbs down for sure.

    Why
    Hitting both Res and EnL portals is also unlikely to gain you any support, nobody is really out there to remove their own portals, except for specific ops (when ADAs and Viruses are used, and there are plenty of those floating around for that use).

    I have heard a few players chewing the fat over a portal neutraliser, works the same way as ADA and Viruses, with the effect being the portal is shut down (cannot be captured) for a time period equal to the weapon level (5-10 mins per level was suggested or 1-8 hours from the more hardcore players).

    It would be great for leveling lowbies l. The ridiculous rarity and the level cap make it an intriguing item caus it would make people work together. As a level fifteen agent I would not be able to use it but the level nine agent would likely never see one. I kinda like it

    Restricted access to <L10 - which I assume indicates a desire to prevent it dropping, rather than stop the use of a dropped item

so, general question... we know that ADA passed the "turing test", we also have many studies showing how the turing test can actually be gamed by very complex programming and in fact you can write programs to create the allusion of AI for many (the chinese room thought experiment).  At what point are we certain that she began acting on her own and has not been following a program and orders by someone else.  Are we certain that those orders that she delivered for Jarvis and others and even the Katalena pre Zurich encounters, were not done on the orders of some programming.  NOt to call ADA a gun, but how certain are we she is not?  How can we prove, beyond doubt, that she is truly a separate entity working on her own and not some other programming? I would like to call for the evidence and proof that ADA is a complete entity.
