This week the The Dead Drop Project provided us a sound file from the so called Vanguard.  After listening to it multiple times I think I have fully transcribed the message.  Some of it I was unable to correctly translate and that is noted with (word/s)? .  Enjoy the Transcript and good luck to all agents at the anomaly locations

    In light of Devra Bogdanovich's comments from the recent anomaly, I'm causiously hopeful about this. :) I have to say the the voice, though distorted, sonds familiar to me. But I can't for the life of me place it.
