Just doing some research on Infradian rhythm and cycles and found some research suggests without light and other external influences, the human brain's normal day extends to 25 hours... (I wonder if there is any light in the void where Jarvis was :)

    I had thought it was even longer than that, though it might vary from one person to the next. My most comfortable wake/sleep cycle is close to 36 hours, actually. 24 awake, 12 asleep.
