Did a little more research because the last one didn't seem right.  The green represents the glyph lines. The red represents different shapes that could be the points on the grid

    That looks very much like it is the best fit. Did it keep proper alignment with all the other known glyphs?

    Haven't tested.  I suppose the corners of the inner Hexagon could be the "square" for the other glyphs. I couldn't get this to work on the other paper. I just took the logo and started drawing shapes on it
