Devra Bogdanovich wants neither side to win. Does her proposal harken back to old school Resistance ideas or is she betraying the Resistance by hindering their efforts to destroy Jarvis? Is this the birth of the long rumored 3rd faction?

    This is support of one of the potential outcomes of the shards - do not assemble at either mega portal (which is something I am interested to hear others thoughts on - what is a mega portal - does this tie into the question of why the BA location?) - also another question - what is a viable number..........
