Prime vanguards might represent beryllium which has 4 electrons. like below logos. left to right, Niantic represents helium which has 2 electrons, also used the gas for balloon. NIA(National Intelligence Agency) represents carbon which has 6 electrons. and Niantic Project represents lithium which has 3 electrons.
