Hi all,

The first time that I had a scaner in my hands (when the invitation was required) I was able to saw some videos about the faction choice, in the videos someone explained the perspective of each faction...

Obviously the videos only appeared before my choose, and when a new agent start his or her scaner the videos are no more available...

Anyone remember that videos?

There is a place where to find that videos again?

I'm really curious of see it again...

    It's amazing the global map almost empty...

    I remember a excited guy in a lab saying about the enlighten is peaceful..

    Each faction selling the history...

    That was version 1.00.0 from 4 years ago. I can't find anything before this. I have found other videos of ingress version 1.00.0 but they all start the same. Like this one youtube.com - Ingress ( Niantic Project ) - Part 1 - Introduction to your new life! at 1.40minutes he turns on ingress.

    Well, Niantic has always been kind of resistance biased. So was that video. Jaime Ochoa Malagón that video kind of sells the factions, ADA and Jarvis try to convince you. Ada has the whole speech and Jarvis 5 words.

    Juan Pedro Peralta no the videos are people talking (a real video, seems to be labs) and about and the enlighten speech was so "happy", they feel so complete, I don't remember well the resistance...

    Those had to be youtube videos, the cel internet network didnt have that much capacity back on the day.

so, general question.

so, general question... we know that ADA passed the "turing test", we also have many studies showing how the turing test can actually be gamed by very complex programming and in fact you can write programs to create the allusion of AI for many (the chinese room thought experiment).  At what point are we certain that she began acting on her own and has not been following a program and orders by someone else.  Are we certain that those orders that she delivered for Jarvis and others and even the Katalena pre Zurich encounters, were not done on the orders of some programming.  NOt to call ADA a gun, but how certain are we she is not?  How can we prove, beyond doubt, that she is truly a separate entity working on her own and not some other programming? I would like to call for the evidence and proof that ADA is a complete entity. I am beginning to catalogue a list of Transdimensional Objects which appear to be inert artifacts, but, in fact, have actual technological capabilities when exposed to XM or present in a Nest.  Let us start with  the Shōnin Stone (which I believe to be broken at this point).  We know that it functions as something analogous to part of a circuit board or a key, depending on how you perceive it.  There is also Azmati's Dagger (or is it Alexander the Greats, I can't remember) that was used to test for simulacra. My feeling is that there are more such objects.  I am trying to catalogue them.   And as a thought experiment, what other objects must there be that have not yet been found?
