No they are too many. Its not a person... not a group... it is hunderets or thousands. And they are not only inside techthulu pictures. I spotted them in whole niantic referred media. I gave up marking every one of them...

So is the Tecthulhu a soul eater of sorts? Like how the portal network patterns people - does it pattern too or trap patterns or something? Like a Nest gone wrong?
