Did anyone notice the guy in puzzle look a lot like PAC?

its when Tecthulhu appers for the first time, in Noir Video. PAC said "I suspect I saw this without seeing it when I first watched the Via Noir video some days ago. If that sounds like a weird sentence… well.. it is."
and then few days ago we had another post: "Repeting vision"(http://investigate.ingress.com/2016/11/10/a-repeating-vision/), well at first looks like a normal post but if you put both pictures together it makes a hole new event that match with PAC feeling. (Achim S. did it first)
It seems that it is PAC vision. But the question is when is it happening?

Like my indraws .... the faces i found in lots pictures... green in middle round the doors... face with hat... building itself and thing where i thought maybe to be a bat.. could be a hat instead... (what a rhyme... 😂) and in whe end lamps left and right... might be an old man with a walkung stick... and a hat.

I know ... you are all totallyighnoring my intenti8nal posts. Dont you see rhese faces / persons? I believe they are (not all but most 8f them) part of the mystery. These are all hints. To what? i dint know. But i think we should find out what these persobs are. I dobt say who! But what! Cant be just some crazy art! They appear quite evetywhere and those faces change over the times. They are telling a story. A story none of you wants to be hearing!
