    I believe PAC suspects Klue is/was being used in an attempt to realign ADA, or to reactivate her with Enlightened leanings. That would have pitted the Acolyte directly against New Wave Resistance. I'm still unclear what impact that Japanese XM researchers are having, or what their ambitions are. The scoring in Via Lux has deeper implications.
