We know that the Washington, DC and Rotterdam are the targets for the 31 "Devra" shards, because the XM Corps told us so. But are those the SOLE targets?
Remember that all along, Calvin and the NIA have been attempting to use us all as XM collectors and experimental subjects, keeping us in the dark by factionalizing us into "Green" and "Blue", "Enlightened" and "Resistance", only for us to finally learn this was all a ploy to enable the Antimagnus to bring the N'zeer back. How can we trust them now when they tell us we have a "green" target and a "blue" target? Might there be a third, a "grey" target, as it were?
Essex analysis suggests that the two known targets are associated with pivotal moments in Devra Bogdanovich 's life. It was in DC that she joined with Calvin. It was in Rotterdam she joined with Hank. That matches the factions who want those goals. But there are other key moments in her life. Might a portal at one of those locations also contain her Pattern? And, would reuniting the Shards at that portal leave Devra free of outside influences, as she has always stated she thinks we all should be?
Two possible such targets have already been suggested. The first is Areciebo, where she and Hank first discussed 13Magnus, and where Calvin also happened to be.
The second though, is more intriguing: CERN. This, afterall, is where the key work on the Niantic Project occurred. This is where Epiphany Night happened, dosing 12 members of the team with extreme dosages of XM. And this, if some suggestions by "X" are to be proven, is where we may find the missing researchers who vanished when Azmati destroyed the 13Magnus Nest.
Please consider this--look into any data or intel you may have on this subject. Check with all your contacts. We must act quickly, and be sure that where the Shards end up is the right place for humanity.

I agree with Mario Valenzuela II she made the portal virus and has been a thorn, let her disapate or just ride the network for a bit 1 less headache
