    Monopoly  could be interesting. Instead of having all the areas you own  on one side of the board  to build houses  you  have them on  different sides of the board. Once controlled  you  place Links( instead of houses)  every  3links  you get to place a Field ( hotel) You have to have a "Field" on each  portal to establish  a BAF... ect

    Resonator, portal shield, XMP, ect
