For the pursuit of those who pursue.

I am extremely curious as to what sort of group we may be dealing with in the triangle.

Any thoughts?

  1. Given the fish references, it's time to investigate Dagon.

  2. Dagon is not a god, "only" a very powerfull Deep One. Even Cthulhu is not a god, "just" a Great Old One. Most of the creatures and beings of the Mythos are not realy active,  except of one.
Nyarlathotep is an Outer God, and is known to meddle with humans very gladly. He is connected to science also!

  3. What is the terrain like in that area? and population density? You most often find signs of the Cthulhu Cult in desolate areas, with isolated populations.
Isolated hilltops are favored of the Fungi from Yuggoth, particularly if their are nearby caves to use for their mining operations. Standing stones are another marker of activity.

  4. I've seen a stone like the Dighton Rock before. But further northeast, near Wilburhampton, east of Dracut. It's in barren ground, and is not something you expect to happen on. I'll see if i can find a pic.
