As with all children, we need to be careful how we program our AIs. Properly "reared' programs should be a credit to the society they exist in.
Military applications are most likely to go awry...
don't confuse opposition to AI with opposition to the actions of ADA.
ReplyDeleteThe article said nothing about ADA. It did however point out just how much popular films demonize AI for the sake of a story line.
